Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days prior to your event.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received and a hire agreement is signed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayID, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • If MS EVENTS must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure), a full refund will be issued.

3. Hire Period

  • MS EVENTS provides full service: delivery, setup, and pickup of all hired items.

  • Hire duration is typically overnight or same-day, depending on your event needs.

  • We’re flexible — just let us know your preferred timing and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Additional travel fees may apply beyond this area.

  • Please ensure someone is present at the venue during the agreed delivery and collection times.

5. Safety & Responsibility

  • Our light-up letters and numbers are decorative only. They must not be climbed on, moved, or tampered with.

  • The hirer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the hire period.

  • All electrical items are tested and tagged for safety. Outdoor use is only permitted with prior approval and suitable weather conditions.

6. Venue Access

  • The hirer must ensure safe and clear access to the venue, including ramps or lifts if required.

  • If access is obstructed or unsafe, MS EVENTS reserves the right to cancel delivery without refund.

7. Liability

  • MS EVENTS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of the hired items.

  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the setup area is safe, level, and protected from weather or interference.

8. Photography & Promotion

  • MS EVENTS may take photos of the setup for promotional use. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish for your event to be photographed or shared.
