Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days prior to your event.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received and a hire agreement is signed.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayID, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If MS EVENTS must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. equipment failure), a full refund will be issued.

3. Hire Period
-
MS EVENTS provides full service: delivery, setup, and pickup of all hired items.
-
Hire duration is typically overnight or same-day, depending on your event needs.

We’re flexible — just let us know your preferred timing and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. Delivery & Setup

Additional travel fees may apply beyond this area.
-
Please ensure someone is present at the venue during the agreed delivery and collection times.

5. Safety & Responsibility

Our light-up letters and numbers are decorative only. They must not be climbed on, moved, or tampered with.

The hirer is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the hire period.

All electrical items are tested and tagged for safety. Outdoor use is only permitted with prior approval and suitable weather conditions.

6. Venue Access

The hirer must ensure safe and clear access to the venue, including ramps or lifts if required.

If access is obstructed or unsafe, MS EVENTS reserves the right to cancel delivery without refund.

7. Liability

MS EVENTS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of the hired items.
-
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the setup area is safe, level, and protected from weather or interference.

8. Photography & Promotion
-
MS EVENTS may take photos of the setup for promotional use. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish for your event to be photographed or shared.
